Are MENTOR Saline or Silicone breast implants best for me?

Both the silicone and the saline implants have a silicone outer shell, however, the filling is different. Silicone implants are filled with silicone gel, while saline implants are filled with sterile salt water.

Saline implants have the advantage of requiring a smaller circular incision since they are deflated initially during insertion. Filling the implants intraoperatively also allows the surgeon to adjust the size more freely during surgery.
